The head chef Patrick Rowan is using some of the finest ingredients to deliver exciting and innovative dishes. "The kitchen is full of colour, vibrant and fresh, whether its local Strangford Lobster, Langoustines
or fresh Ballywalter Strawberries, the kitchen is alive with colour and flavours!"

The lunch menu has an array of dishes with a SAPHYRE twist. From light and healthy salads, classic caesar, heirloom tomato or crab cocktail, to the more filling grilled lobster, ox cheek burger or succulent surf and turf, the choice is superb

The extensive wine list complements the experience, working exclusively with quirky and energetic winemakers worldwide to offer a new essence of flavours unique to SAPHYRE.
